Understands customer’s situation and vehicle needs and provides accurate advice on best repair options.
Consult and interpret customer needs for the Technicians.
Maintains documentation, including invoices, work orders, and reports.
Answer all incoming calls regarding appointments and service questions.
Build Repair Order Cause and Correction Reports, and research Labor and Parts
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as automotive service advisor/consultant. Franchise and manufacturer experience acceptable.
Must have a valid Driver’s License – no restriction.
Sales experience, must enjoy selling automotive services and repairs.
Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrate effectiveness in short period of time.
Qualification:

Customer service centered.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and team members. Point of Sell Paperwork and Labor Descriptions needed.
Must be proficient at Computer software technology and can adapt easily.
Excellent organization skills, detail oriented.
Time management skills.
Able to adapt quickly to a new system of operations.
